You can manually enable or disable your mobile hotspot's Ethernet port independently of the power mode that you currently have selected.

Depending on the power mode that you are currently using, your Ethernet port might already be enabled or disabled.

To enable or disable Ethernet:

1. Quickly press and release the Power button to wake your mobile hotspot. The lock screen displays.

2. Swipe up to unlock your mobile hotspot. The home screen displays.

3. Tap Settings > More > Ethernet. The Ethernet page displays. The icon in the top right corner displays ON or OFF to indicate the current Ethernet status.

4. Tap the ON or OFF icon. Your mobile hotspot asks you to confirm that it must restart to enable or disable Ethernet.

5. Tap Continue. Your mobile hotspot restarts with Ethernet enabled or disabled.
