Process:

1. Click the WiFi icon on the lower-right corner of your screen.

   

2. A list of available wireless networks will appear on the right. Select the wireless network you wish to connect to and click the Connect button.

   

3. If the wireless network that you have selected is secured (password protected), you need to type in the security phrase (Passphrase/Network key) and click the Next button.

   

4. The next window will ask if you would like to enable sharing between computers and connect to devices within the network. Selecting Yes will turn on sharing and No will leave it off (for more information about file/media sharing, visit http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/support). After selecting your sharing preference, the next screen will show if you have successfully connected to the wireless network or not.
